Hello! I’m Abigail and I have just started at Grade A Recruitment as a Recruitment Coordinator and wanted to introduce myself.
I’m 21 years old and just finished studying towards a BA (Hons) in Sociology at the University of Lincoln, where I had a keen interest in the study of education, with this being the focus of my main dissertation project. This job, therefore, allows my passion and knowledge of education to continue whilst also providing grounded knowledge around education and the importance of having the right teachers and learning strategies for the right students.
I’m excited to get involved with all the aspects of recruitment and what Grade A strives to achieve. Determined to succeed within this new role, I will always give any task or opportunity 100% whilst performing to the best of my ability to meet the needs of our clients. Engaging in conversations and finding out about different people will be a highlight, ensuring the needs of everyone are met, with that added personal touch.
