Personal Service

Whatever type of work suits your skills, experience and personal situation, our team can work you you to find an opportunity that suits. Our service is about finding the right context for you, and great people for our partner schools.

Flexible Supply

In the current context, the need for a reliable and efficient agency partner for schools to turn to for daily cover in teaching, support and administration roles has never been higher. Our partners trust our consultants to find the right people for their context, to maintain consistent high standards, even when their regular staff are unavilable.

Contract Roles

Schools use Agency Workers to cover both short-term absence (eg sickness or holidays) and longer-term contracts (eg Maternity Leave). Staff must be fully cleared for work to Safer Recruitment standards, which is why most schools turn to the support of an agency partner.

Permanent Jobs

An ongoing shortage of qualified teaching staff, leaders and committed education support staff mean that our partners increasingly turn to us to help find the next permanent members of their team. Our consultants are aware of their needs and shortlisting potential applicants throughout the year.
